  • SSN Trace

    Verify validity as well as up-to-date information on age, address history, and any alias names used.

  • Employment

    Verify previous employment supplied by job candidate. The search will verify position, performance, reason for departure, dates of employment and rehire eligibility.

  • Reference Check

    Contact people to evaluate a job candidate’s job qualifications, character and any other general comments.

  • Education

    Confirm degrees, diplomas and dates of attendance for high schools, universities, and colleges.

  • Professional Licenses

    Verify type of license held, date of issuance, expiration date, state issued, and any other limitations.

  • Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification Form)

    Verify identity and establish that the candidate is eligible to accept employment in the United States.

  • County Criminal Records

    Criminal records are searched for felony and misdemeanor information going back 7 years.

  • Statewide Criminal Records

    State records search for felony and misdemeanor charges going back 7 years.

  • National Criminal Records

    Search database covering 50 states that come from legal counties, departments of correction, sex offender registries, and state-wide repository.

  • Federal Criminal Records

    Search database for convictions on federal charges.

  • Registered Sex Offender

    Search 49 state’s sex offender registries. This is included in a National Criminal Records search.

  • Patriot Act / Terrorist Watch List

    All businesses are mandated to avoid transactions with individuals designated by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).

  • County Civil / Lawsuits Search

    Search for non-criminal lawsuits filed against an individual for businesses.

  • Credit Report

    Provides an individual’s credit history and score including lien & judgments and bankruptcy search.

  • Bankruptcy Records

    Searches all filings on bankruptcy by an individual or business. Also included in a credit report search.

  • Motor Vehicle Report

    Reports state driving record and status including commercial licenses.

  • OIG and GSA

    Searches the database of the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office at Inspector General (OIG) and the US Government Services Administration (GSA) for individuals and business entities that are excluded from participating in Medicare, Medicaid, or other Federally Funded programs.

  • County Wants and Warrants

    A county level search for wants and warrants.

  • Nationwide Wants and Warrants

    Search National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) for active warrants.

  • Eviction Records

    Search database for individuals who have been legally evicted from properties.

  • Drug Screening

    Drug testing at over 1500 occupational health clinics nationwide.

  • Workers Compensation

    Identifies those who may have a history of fraudulent claims.
